Please contact our customer service department on enquiries@arphotos.com.au. We may have another image on file or may be booked to go back to the school for a retake day. Our photographers are available during school holiday periods if you decide to attend our Geelong studio (contact bookings@arphotos.com.au) . Some dates are also set aside during the week after school hours for retakes.Please note that due to production deadlines, group photographs cannot be re-taken. Alternatively, we will provide a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
